今天 twitter 中文圈里热门话题之一是 知乎的用户协议。很多人认为是霸王条款，有人提议比较一下几个类似服务的用户协议，那么我挑几条知乎中最受诟病的条款出来比比。

以下粗体为知乎的条款，斜体为百度文库的条款，普通字为Quora (知乎的克隆母体)的条款。

二 2、任何人或团体，包括新闻网站在内的任何媒体，均不得在没有事先获得相关用户或知乎的书面许可的情况下，复制、引用、转载知乎上的任何内容用于直接或间接的盈利目的。所有在知乎平台上产生的内容，被引用、转载时，一律必须注名出处，并给出原文 URL 连接。

权力提示 1.2) 百度文库的用户可以为介绍、评论、研究等目的，在合理的范围内适当引用他人已经发表的作品，但应当注明作者姓名、作品名称，并不得侵犯著作权人及其他权利人的合法权益。

使用条款 2. 用户从百度文库中获得的信息，未经事先许可，用户不得以盈利为目的自己或提供给第三方进行使用（符合法律规定的“合理使用”条件的除外）。否则，一切法律后果由该用户或第三方自负。
