Bug fixes:
- Sessions using VT220, Xterm, or Linux emulations froze when
"ESC ] R" was sent by the remote system.
- Telnet: Under certain circumstances, holding down the left
mouse button caused Telnet sessions to freeze until CTRL+C
was pressed.
- SSH1/SSH2: Versions after 5.0.4 could not connect to OpenSSH
3.1.
Vulnerabilities:
- According to US-CERT Vulnerability Note VU#845620, it is
theoretically possible for an attacker to forge RSA signatures
when the RSA key has a public exponent of three. SecureCRT no
longer generates keys with a public exponent of three and warns
before a key with a public exponent of three is used for
authentication or accepted from a host.
