Google昨日宣布岔开(fork) WebKit，并建立一个叫做Blink的新渲染引擎，现在WebKit团队也宣布了他们的项目简化(streamline)计划。鉴于该渲染引擎不必再支持Chromium port，其将有一系列相当大的代码可以被移除了。这实际上是一件好事，精简代码不仅能简化开发，也能提升速度。
