目前的版本已经不仅可以侦测CPU的信息，包括主板、内存等信息的检测CPU-Z同样可以胜任。新版本加入对新一代处理器的支持，包括90 nm Athlon 64的代码，加强了显示系统内存的资料显示，例如内存的生产厂商、SPD速度设定等，而且新版本可以显示PCI-Express接口的资料。
