苹果公司今天为iPad产品放出了一条全新的广告《Your Verse Anthem》（你的赞美诗），同时还在官网推出了全新的页面来呈现iPad已经渗透到人们工作生活的各个领域，该页面与苹果之前推出的《iPad 启迪生活》（Life on iPad）风格十分类似，可谓是新的姊妹篇。

不同的是，新的广告《Your Verse Anthem》中画外音从一开始就引用了经典励志电影《Dead Poet’s Society》（死亡诗社/春风化雨/暴雨骄阳）中的经典台词：

We don’t read and write poetry because it’s cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion. And medicine, law, business, engineering — these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love — these are what we stay alive for.

我们读诗、写诗并不是因为它们好玩，而是因为我们是人类的一分子，而人类是充满激情的。没错，医学、法律、商业、工程，这些都是崇高的追求，足以支撑人的一生。但诗歌、美丽、浪漫、爱情，这些才是我们活着的意义。

还有Whitman（惠特曼）的诗《O Me! O Life!》：
