DisplaySearch预测2014年iPhone 6/iWatch和平板的屏幕技术

今天DisplaySearch公司发布了2014年显示屏技术预测报告，其中涵盖了iPhone 6、iWatch 和平板领域的屏幕发展。在报告中指出至少两款iPhone 6问世，其中高端版本将会使用分辨率为1,920x1,080的5.5英寸屏幕，而面板的技术则同iPhone 5S一样基于LTPS LCD（低温多晶硅LCD）。

The iPhone 5s: the 4-inch 1,136-by-640 display on the 5S could be expanded to a 4.7-inch 1,600-by-900 display, according to a DisplaySearch forecast.

此外在这份报告中还指出苹果的iWatch智能手表的屏幕将会突破性的采用三星的AMOLED技术进行，并有望实现柔性显示。

DisplaySearch's guesswork on which displays will land on new iPhones. Apples would stick with LTPS (low-temperature polysilicon) for the iPhone but move to AMOLED for the iWatch. Note that the 5S has a pixel density of 326 pixels per inch, aka, PPI.

在这份报告中特别强调在2014年将会有8.4英寸和10.5英寸AMOLED平板问世，其中最有可能装备这面板是即将推出的新一代Nexus 10设备。

Other projections include some of the first AMOLED tablet displays.
