爱尔兰电信运营商Three Ireland已经宣布，支持用户通过话费账单在微软Windows Store上消费。Three也是英国最大的移动运营商，而Three Ireland在数据网络的覆盖上也处于领先地位。运营商账单支付（carrier billing）可以为用户提供最为简便的手机支付体验，除了走预设信用卡扣款通道，你也可以选择在次月账单中缴清。

早在Three Ireland支持运营商账单支付之前，其早已在英国地区支持Windows Store的消费支付。

任何持有Windows Phone 8.1和Windows 10 Mobile设备的用户均可使用，方法是在手机商店中设置Three Ireland为你的支付选项。
