刚刚看到报道 Symbiansign网停止了免费用户的开发证书申请，顿觉不可思议，不可理喻。
只有更好得为更多的开发者提供更好的服务，Symbian才可以走得更远，不是么，带着疑惑来到首页，果然停止了....
进入帐号，来到原来申请的证书的标签，看到以下这段话：New Open Signed Developer Certificate request

The Developer Certificate creation outage has been resolved and the service is ready to been re-enabled. The current demand for Developer Certificates is extremely high (tens of thousands of requests) and has the potential to cause significant site slowdown.

Whilst there remains heavy demand, impacting commercial users for paid Services; Express Signed, Certified Signed, Developer Certificates will be available intermittently until the load is balanced.

大意是，开发者证书申请已经被暂时停止.. 准备恢复中..这是因为对“开发证书的申请”非常多（数万次....）这造成了网站运行缓慢。
如此的“缓慢”甚至影响了“商业用户”的“付费服务”正常开展，当网站的负载达到平衡时，快速，有效的证书申请会间歇的开发，
