In our ongoing effort to combat software piracy we have introduced a new piracy system and a new member of staff.

If we are unable to remotely verify the license status on any IPS product, we will be sending out an email to the software owner asking them to verify their license status. This form only requires basic information about the license holder and doesn't require you to enter your license key or any passwords and we strongly advise against doing so in any form outside of the client center.

This form (example attached) is located on our "invisionpower.com" server. If you receive an email asking you to verify your license, please make sure that you are on our website and that you're not being asked for your client center password or license key. If you are in any doubt, please contact us.



To ensure that you don't receive a verification request, please ensure that you've entered your license key in your Invision Power Board. If you're unsure on how to do this, please read this document which explains how to enter your license key.

If you have misplaced your license key please submit a new ticket from your client center.

If you wish to report an illegal board or illegal distribution of our products, please use this form.
