… it contains content that ridicules public figures and is in violation of Section 3.3.12 from the iPhone SDK Agreement which states:

“Applications must not contain any obscene, pornographic, offensive or defamatory content or materials of any kind (text, graphics, images, photographs, etc.), or other content or materials that in Apple’s reasonable judgement may be found objectionable by iPhone or iPod touch users.”

 

Apple指出，它包含嘲笑社会名人的内容，并且违反了iPhone SDK协议里的3.3.12条规定：程序用不允许包含任何淫秽，色情，攻击或者中伤他人的内容。


但是Obama Trampoline是否嘲笑了社会名人？它显然不属于色情和淫秽的内容，那他为何属于攻击或者中伤他人的程序？






该游戏尽管被Apple扼杀了，但是它的精神还活着，它已经被列入了Mac开发者的网站： iPhone Applications Graveyard（iPhone程序的坟场）.
