K-MeleonCCF 和 Firefox 最大的不同,就在于 K-MeleonCCF 放弃了 XUL 而是使用了 Windows 资源来描绘界面.直接的好处就是减少了系统资源开销,同时也加快浏览器的启动速度.不过也因为 K-MeleonCCF 放弃了 XUl 的缘故,Firefox 所有的扩展和主题都不能使用了,这往往让习惯了给 Firefox 装上许多扩展或主题的人很不适应.
