我很高兴地向您介绍微软中国终于有了一站式客户服务热线：800-820-3800. 由于历史原因，在微软中国曾存在着不同的微软客户服务热线，致使客户时常不清楚在什么时候应该选择微软的哪个热线支持号码以获得相应的服务。因此，为提升客户与微软的体验，为客户带来方便的一体化和一站式的服务，我们整合了微软中国的客服中心电话号码，正式推出微软中国一站式客户服务热线。
从2006年4月28日起，不论客户有任何问题，在任何时候在任何地方，只要拨打免费电话8008203800；付费电话021-96081318， 我们的客户服务代表将提供覆盖从产品购买到产品技术支持所有相关的信息，具体服务内容包括：
产品、许可及销售信息，市场活动信息咨询 彩盒包装/开放式许可协议用户注册 政府及企业用户售后技术支持服务 IT及专业研发人士与个人级别售后技术支持服务 产品激活 反盗版举报 中国合作伙伴售前及售后技术支持 软件升级保24x7紧急事件技术支持 意见及反馈微软（中国）客户服务一站式热线号码8008203800投入启用的具体时间表：
8008203800将于2006年4月28日起正式启用。所有的电话将通过微软电话交换机进行智能分配。 从2006年4月29日到6月30日，原8008107722号码还会继续使用， 以减少对客户的影响。 客户将听到提示音“8008107722将于2006年7月1号停止使用。请您届时拨打8008203800联系微软客户服务中心”，电话会自动转接到我们的客户服务代表。 从2006年7月1号到2006年9月30号，原8008107722号码将停止使用。如果客户拨打此号码，将听到提示音“8008107722自2006年7月1号停止使用。请您拨打8008203800联系微软客户服务中心”。微软公司其他的业务支持号码(仍在APOC支持范围中),包括MSDN,TechNet注册,微软合作伙伴注册申请, 大量授权许可激活等服务电话将在FY07陆续加入到中国微软客户服务一站式热线号码范畴中.

Dear Microsoft (China) colleagues:
It's my great pleasure to announce the launch of the PRC all-in-one Customer Service toll-free number: 800-830-3800. Today we have several different phone numbers to reach Microsoft Customer Service, which poses confusion to our customers on how to choose the right number to reach the right customer service representative. We have been doing our utmost to improve CPE and hereby wish to present the integrated ONE PRC phone number service model.
Beginning April 28th, 2006, whenever and wherever a customer dials PRC One toll-free number 8008203800 or toll number 021-96081318, our customer service representatives will be able to provide assistance from pre-sales product purchase to post-sales technical support service. The service boundary is shown as below:
Product, licensing and sales information, marketing/events information inquiries.
FPP/MOLP license registration
Post-sales technical support service for Government and Enterprise.
Post-sales technical support service for ITPro, developers and consumers

Below is the detailed schedule for the launch of the PRC One Tollfree Number 8008203800---
800820380 will be officially launched on April 28th 2006. All calls will be automatically dispatched by Microsoft telephone switchboard.
In order to minimize the impact on customers, the current pre-sales phone number 8008107722 will still be in use from April 29th to June 30th, 2006. Customers will hear the message when dialing the number “8008107722 will be faded out on July 1st 2006 and please dial 8008203800 to contact Microsoft Customer Service Center”. The call will still be automatically transferred to Customer Service Representative.
From July 1st to Sept. 30th 2006, the phone number 8008107722 will be faded out. If the customer dials this number, he/she will be hearing the prompt message”8008107722 stops service on July 1st 2006 and please dial 8008203800 to contact Microsoft Customer Service Center.” (Hang up)
Other customer service hotlines, including MSDN/TechNet registration, MSPP, Volume license activation, etc. will be merged into PRC One Tollfree Number in the next few years.
