又一个“杀手”要出现了,就在Intel风光无限地召开IDF的同时,AMD悄悄地发布了Atom的竞争者,这款处理器开发代号"Bobcat,正式名为Sempron BGA,将在10月份发布.
这一处理器采用3.5英寸SBC单板结构,由台湾的iBase制造.处理器频率为1.0-1.5GHz,核心采用27mm x 27mm BGA封装,128KB L1 cache, 256KB L2 cache,DDR2 400内存,800MHz HyperTransport总线.作为Atom杀手,能耗问题当然是最受关注的,设备整体功耗仅8W.
