It is desirable that you sent to us not only screenshots with the bugs you found out, but we also need the following information: the list of active processes ( use the utility which is in an investment), what OS is installed on your computer,SP2, what other anti-virus software or firewalls do you use, the sequence of your actions when the bug appears. We need this information for quickest reproducing and correcting the bug.
