电脑可靠性排名三星位列榜首 - cnBeta.COM 移动版(WAP)

美国电脑维修公司Rescuecom日前发布了其最新的“电脑可靠性年度报告”。在这份榜单中，三星公司生产的电脑排名第一。分列二至四位的电脑品牌分别是联想、华硕和苹果。有分析认为，正是三星电脑产品良好、完善的售后服务，让其在这份榜单中以巨大的优势领先其它对手夺冠。

　　除了电脑自身的质量之外，生产电脑厂家提供的技术支持也在评选内容之列。生成质量在某种程度上跟该厂家打进1-800-RESCUE-PC的呼叫比例有关。

　　在“1-800-RESCUE-PC呼叫”的比例中，三星占的比例是最少的，为1.0%。而该品牌在电脑可靠性榜单中的总得分为422分。IBM/联想以255分排在次席，排在三到五位的分别是华硕（159分）、苹果（130分）、东芝（Toshiba）117分。排在后边的品牌依次为惠普、戴尔、索尼和宏碁。

　　美国电脑维修公司Rescuecom特别指出，联想近几年在榜单中的表现非常不错，排名节节攀升。而对于苹果来说，其正在经历“抢占市场份额”的重要时期。Rescuecom公司认为，苹果电脑可靠性的降低，跟其产品越来越受欢迎有关。
